This is a developing project that I have on the go. The concept is to create archtectural quality models which feature fully playable interiors, and can be placed in a variety of configurations. Each floor can be removed and combined with similar style floors to create multi-level structures and ruined building segments. The buildings are created from super high quality components and cast from super strong eurathane plastic, creating a model that will last on your table as long as you do.
City Building Combo Set
This is a deal package including two of my largest urban buildings so far, the three storey warehouse and the three storey apartment ruins
The warehouse building features a cinderblock style exterior with squared
windows, and easily fits the part of a warehouse or commercial building. The
roof is a standard "tar and gravel" type and is surrounded by a
parapet wall for another level of figure placement.
The Apartment is a three level version of my Urban apartment, in which the
top level is destroyed.
I include a "tar and gravel" style roof, so you can use it as a
two floor apartment with no damage, or swap out the second floor to the ruin section
when it takes a hit.
Or, as the pics show, you can stack it up and use it as a big building with
damage added.
Both models are cast in high strength plastic, and will withstand most
anything you can throw at it. Your glue will probably be the weak point.
As with my other buildings, construction is modular, to allow troop
placement withing the structure, and maximum playablity.

Rough Brick Urban Apartment; Two Storey
This is a model
I've been working on for a while, and if you follow any 40k forums you
may have seen me posting as I put it together. Its gotten some
pretty good reviews from the gamers on there, so I'm releasing it for sale here. The model in the pics is cast from
hydrostone, but the shipping models will be plastic, unless you ask
otherwise. The second floor features a wooden plank style floor, and the roof has a "tar and gravel" type surface. I've made sure that the building is fully accessable for
troop movement, so you can really make use of the building in your
battles, both as a line of sight obstruction and as a battleground
itself. An added bonus is
that extra floors can be added up to four storeys, for a full size
apartment. You could do more, but I think four is probably about the
right height to top out at.

Ruined Urban Apartment ; Two Storey
This is the companion piece to the building above, and allows you to add, in a modular fashion, a battle damaged top level to the structure. This piece does ship as a two level structure, so when combined, it allows up to a three storey battle damaged residence.

One Storey Warehouse/Commercial Building
This is a 28mm scale model which I've designed to be another of the modular city series I'm working on. The one here functions as a stand-alone building with a "tar and gravel" roof, or as the bottom floor in a multi-storey structure. The wall texture is a cinderblock style concrete brick, and the windows are squared off industrial looking pieces.
